McLaren Associates was established in 1989 and is 100% New Zealand owned and operated.

We are based on The Terrace in Wellington, but provide nationwide recruitment and HR services to our clients.

We work across a broad range of industry sectors and role specialisations, recruiting positions from graduate level through to Chief Executive and Board appointments.

We are flexible in our approach and are very happy to tailor our services to meet your business needs. We are experienced in providing full end-to-end recruitment services or managing a part of the process (for example, verbal referencing, short listing, acting as an independent interviewer) known as “Unbundled Services”.
